Welcome to SOURCE STUDIO

SOURCE STUDIO provides a unique holistic movement experience through GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, as well as other movement modalities. We approach these movement systems as somatic practices. We invite you to tap into your mind-body connection to help you observe your internal landscape and to listen to signals your body gives you about areas of discomfort, pain, or imbalance. Implementing this knowledge while moving mindfully will help you on your journey towards self-acceptance, healing, wellness, and fulfilling your potential.

We offer in-person private sessions in the studio by appointment only. To schedule, please contact us HERE. We will work with you to try to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee your preferred time. We also offer GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainings, online classes, in-person classes, and Videos On Demand.
